Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your product. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You may cancel this contract within 14 days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

  • Opened or unsealed cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene and health protection reasons.
  • All items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original tags, labels and packaging intact.
  • Discounted items have the same statutory withdrawal rights.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Notify us of withdrawal within 14 days; prior approval is not required.
  2. Contact us first by email at contact@artrovex.shop or WhatsApp +34 634 460 021 with your order number; a reason is not required.
  3. We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and the exact return address by email.
  4. An RMA is helpful but not required to exercise statutory withdrawal rights.
  5. Write the RMA number clearly on the package.
  6. Ship the item securely in its original packaging to the address provided in the RMA email.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

REFUNDS
We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.

EXCEPTIONS

  • Defective or damaged products upon arrival — we will arrange a full refund or replacement.
  • Opened/unsealed cosmetics (cannot be returned).
  • Discounts do not remove statutory rights.

LEGAL GUARANTEE
Your statutory rights for goods that do not conform to the contract remain unaffected. Under Spanish law, the seller is responsible for non-conformity existing at delivery and appearing within three years, subject to the nature of the product.

RÜCKERSTATTUNG
Wir erstatten innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Ihrer Widerrufsmitteilung über das ursprüngliche Zahlungsmittel. Wir können die Erstattung zurückhalten, bis die Ware oder ein Versandnachweis vorliegt, je nachdem, was zuerst eintritt. DERECHO DE DESISTIMIENTO
Tiene 14 días desde la recepción del producto para desistir del contrato sin necesidad de justificación.

  • Los productos cosméticos abiertos o desprecintados no se pueden devolver por razones de higiene y protección de la salud.
  • Los artículos deben devolverse nuevos, sin usar y con el embalaje original completo.
  • Los artículos rebajados conservan el derecho legal de desistimiento.

PROCEDIMIENTO DE DEVOLUCIÓN

  1. Comunique el desistimiento en 14 días; no requiere autorización previa.
  2. Contacte primero con nosotros por email contact@artrovex.shop o WhatsApp +34 634 460 021 indicando su número de pedido.
  3. Le enviaremos un número RMA y la dirección exacta de devolución por correo electrónico.
  4. El número RMA facilita la gestión, pero no condiciona el derecho legal de desistimiento.
  5. Indique claramente el número RMA en el exterior del paquete.

El cliente asume los gastos de envío de devolución.

REEMBOLSOS
Reembolsamos en 14 días desde la comunicación del desistimiento, mediante el medio de pago original. Podemos retener el reembolso hasta recibir los bienes o una prueba de su devolución, lo que ocurra primero. Devuelva los bienes en 14 días desde la comunicación del desistimiento.

EXCEPCIONES

  • Productos defectuosos o dañados.
  • Productos cosméticos abiertos.
  • Los descuentos no eliminan los derechos legales.

Possiamo trattenere il rimborso fino al ricevimento dei beni o della prova di spedizione, a seconda di quale evento si verifichi prima.
