RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your product. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You may cancel this contract within 14 days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Opened or unsealed cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene and health protection reasons.
• All items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original tags, labels and packaging intact.
• Sale items are final sale and non-returnable.

RETURN PROCESS

1. All returns must receive prior approval.
2. Contact us first by email at artrovexcream@gmail.com or WhatsApp +34 634 460 021 with your order number and reason for return.
3. We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and the exact return address by email.
4. Only after receiving the RMA number may you ship the return.
5. Write the RMA number clearly on the package.
6. Ship the item securely in its original packaging to the address provided in the RMA email.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

REFUNDS
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive a notification by email.

EXCEPTIONS

• Defective or damaged products upon arrival — we will arrange a full refund or replacement.
• Opened/unsealed cosmetics (cannot be returned).
• Sale / Final Sale items.

LEGAL GUARANTEE
In addition to the 14-day withdrawal right, you have the EU legal guarantee of conformity (minimum 2 years).

RÜCKSENDEVERFAHREN

3. Wir senden Ihnen eine RMA-Nummer und die genaue Rücksendeadresse per E-Mail zu.
4. Erst nach Erhalt der RMA-Nummer dürfen Sie die Ware versenden.
5. Geben Sie die RMA-Nummer deutlich auf dem Paket an.

Sie tragen die Rücksendekosten. Wir empfehlen eine nachverfolgbare Versandmethode.

RÜCKERSTATTUNG
Nach Erhalt und Prüfung der Ware erstatten wir den Betrag innerhalb von 14 Tagen.

AUSNAHMEN

• Defekte oder beschädigte Produkte bei Erhalt.

DERECHO DE DESISTIMIENTO
Tiene 14 días desde la recepción del producto para desistir del contrato sin necesidad de justificación.

CONDICIONES IMPORTANTES

• Los productos cosméticos abiertos o desprecintados no se pueden devolver por razones de higiene y protección de la salud.
• Los artículos deben devolverse nuevos, sin usar y con el embalaje original completo.
• Artículos en oferta: venta final, no retornables.

PROCEDIMIENTO DE DEVOLUCIÓN

1. Todas las devoluciones requieren autorización previa.
2. Contacte primero con nosotros por email artrovexcream@gmail.com o WhatsApp +34 634 460 021 indicando su número de pedido.
3. Le enviaremos un número RMA y la dirección exacta de devolución por correo electrónico.
4. Solo después de recibir el número RMA podrá enviar el paquete.
5. Indique claramente el número RMA en el exterior del paquete.

El cliente asume los gastos de envío de devolución.

REEMBOLSOS
Procesaremos el reembolso en un plazo de 14 días tras recibir e inspeccionar el producto.
